01. About these terms

These terms apply to www.eliteluxurytravel.llc and to the services offered by Elite Luxury Travels LLC, doing business as Elite Luxury Travel ("Elite Luxury Travel", "we", "us", "our"), a travel agency based in California, United States. By using this website, sending us an enquiry or agreeing to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms.

02. Our services

We design custom and curated journeys and arrange travel on your behalf with hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, destination management companies and other travel suppliers. We act as a travel advisor and agent for these suppliers. We do not own or operate the hotels, transport or activities we book for you.

03. Enquiries and proposals

• Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Submitting our Plan Your Journey form or contacting us does not reserve anything or commit you to pay.
• Proposals are subject to availability. Prices, availability and inclusions can change until a booking is confirmed by the supplier.
• Bookings are confirmed in writing. A booking is only confirmed once you have accepted the proposal, paid any amount due, and received written confirmation from us or the supplier.
• We never take payment through this website. We will never ask you to send card numbers or passport details by email, text or website form.

04. Text messaging terms

Program: Elite Luxury Travel text messages. If you tick the optional text message box on our website, or text START to our business number, you agree to receive text messages from Elite Luxury Travel about your enquiry, trip planning, call scheduling, proposals, booking updates and reminders, and occasional travel offers.

• Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and trip.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
• For help, reply HELP or email office@eliteluxurytravel.llc.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us without agreeing to texts.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

05. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate names, dates and contact details. Names on bookings must match each traveller's passport.
• Make sure every traveller has a valid passport, any visas or entry permits, and any required health documents for their trip.
• Read and accept the terms, payment schedules and cancellation policies of each supplier before you book.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the time you book.

06. Travel suppliers

Each booking is also governed by the terms and conditions of the supplier providing the service, including their payment, cancellation, change and refund rules. We will share the key terms with you before you book. Supplier policies take priority over these terms for the service they provide.

07. Website content

Itineraries, photos and descriptions on this website are for inspiration and may change. Sample journeys show the style of trip we design and are not offers at a fixed price. All content on this website belongs to Elite Luxury Travel or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

08. Limitation of liability

Because we act as an agent for independent suppliers, we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays or failures, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, health emergencies or government action. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the service fees you paid us for the booking concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. The version in place when you confirm a booking applies to that booking.
