02. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.eliteluxurytravel.llc , how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our enquiry forms, and the emails, calls, and messages we exchange with you about your travel.
03. Information you give us
When you complete our Plan Your Journey form, contact us, or correspond with us, we may collect:
- Contact details — your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Trip details — destinations, travel dates or date flexibility, number of travellers, trip occasion, pace, budget range, trip style preferences, and any notes you add.
- Preferences — your preferred method of contact.
- Other information you choose to share — in an email, on a call, or in a message.
We ask only for what we need to plan your trip. We do not ask for payment card numbers, passport scans, or other identity documents through this website.
When a booking requires those details, they are collected directly by the supplier or through a secure system, not by email or through our forms.
04. Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website, we and our providers may collect the following information:
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time of visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to run the site, measure traffic, and measure advertising performance.
We use Squarespace to host and run this website, GoHighLevel as our customer relationship system, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These providers may set cookies or receive information about your visit.
05. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and plan, quote, and arrange your travel.
- Contact you by email, phone, or text about your trip and quotes you have requested.
- Make bookings with hotels, tour operators, destination management companies, and other suppliers on your behalf.
- Keep records of our work, including proposals, invoices, and correspondence.
- Measure and improve our website and advertising.
- Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Marketing communications
If you have enquired with us, we may send you occasional emails about travel ideas and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing us.
Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about a trip you have asked us to plan.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted by text, we may send you messages about your enquiry and trip. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
06. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to arrange your travel and run our business.
- Travel suppliers — hotels, tour operators, destination management companies, transfer providers, and activity providers, so they can hold and service your booking. This normally means your name and the details relevant to that booking.
- Our host agency, Fora Travel — through which we access supplier rates, place bookings, and receive commission.
- Service providers — Squarespace, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and Meta, which help us operate our website, customer relationship system, email, and advertising.
- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, lawyers, insurers, or a regulator or court, where required or permitted by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
International transfers
Arranging travel abroad means sending booking details to suppliers in other countries. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your own. We share only what the supplier needs for your booking.
07. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and then for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. We delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it, subject to applicable legal requirements.
08. How we protect it
We use reputable providers, limit access to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with passwords and two-factor authentication where available.
No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it.
- Opt out of marketing at any time.
- Ask us to stop texting you by replying STOP.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, eligible California residents may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
Eligible residents may also request deletion or correction and may not be treated differently for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
To make a request, email office@eliteluxurytravel.llc . We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
10. Cookies
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is set. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
You can also limit how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
11. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
When a booking includes children travelling with you, we collect only the details the supplier needs for the booking.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
13. Questions about your privacy?
